1973-1977 Edmonton, AB, Klondike Dollars "The Second 5 Years Collection" in Case (wear)

Klondike Dollars were popular souvenirs of Edmonton's Klondike Days (now called K-Days) exhibition. Each token features iconography associated with the early settlement of Alberta and the associated Gold Rush: steam trains, prospectors, wagons, etcetera. This collector's set brings together the second "five years" worth of annual tokens, dated 1973 through 1977, presented neatly in a sturdy, plush-lined case. Token themes include "End of the Steel: Strathcona Depot," "Edmonton's Gold Rush Constable," "RCMP Centennial," "Klondike Days," and "Edmonton to the Klondike: The All-Canadian Route."

Please note, this set exhibits wear consistent with its age. Tokens and case may show light scratches, scuffs, or toning. Tokens are prone to come loose and rattle about inside the case.
