A little organization can make the evaluation process faster, but there is no need to create a professional inventory.
Before bringing in your collection
- Leave coins and banknotes in albums when they are already organized.
- Keep certified coins inside their holders.
- Keep Royal Canadian Mint boxes and certificates with the correct items.
- Save envelopes, labels, receipts and notes left by the collector.
- Keep gold and silver coins separate when you can identify them.
- Place loose coins in containers or bags that will not tear during transport.
- Contact us before bringing a significant number of boxes or a complete estate.

- Remove coins from sealed or certified holders

Mailing Items From Elsewhere in Canada
Customers outside the Kitchener area may be able to mail items to Colonial Acres for evaluation. Please contact us before shipping and provide a list or description of the items you would like to sell.
Include your name, address, telephone number and email address inside the package. If you accept our purchase offer, payment can be sent by cheque or e-transfer. Items that are not purchased will be returned according to the arrangements confirmed before shipping.
