Face Design: His Royal Highness the Duke of Connaught (Prince Arthur William Patrick Albert, who was Governor General of Canada from 1911-1916) at left, and Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Connaught (Princess Louise Margaret of Prussia) at right.
Back Design: The Royal Coat of Arms encircled by the shields of the nine provinces and maple leaves over "The Dominion of Canada".
Variety: There is no seal, instead, the TWO is located both left and right. "Will Pay to the Bearer on Demand" is curved.
