Reverse: Four line inscription of SHIPS COLONIES & COMMERCE.
PE-10-31 Variety: The first "S" of SHIPS and the last "E" of COMMERCE are double-cut, and the last "E" in COMMERCE has an incomplete centre-stroke. There is a single H mint mark located within the waves to the right, a straight British flag, a cut knob ampersand, and a toothed border reverse.
