One Utah Goldback 1/1000oz 24K .9999 Gold Wafer Foil Note (No Tax)

These 24K foil notes contain 1/1000oz .999 Fine Gold.  Goldbacks resemble standard paper currency in shape but are made with thin layers of 24-karat gold. Initially introduced in Utah following the Utah Legal Tender Act of 2019, they serve as a voluntary currency, allowing transactions at the vendor's discretion. Nevada, New Hampshire, Wyoming, and South Dakota, Florida, and Oklahoma—have each launched their own Goldbacks in subsequent years, with Arizona recently becoming the sixth state to adopt this unique form of currency.

This Utah Goldback features Prudentia (or prudence) representing the Native American tribes within the state of Utah in appearance and dress, with the Ute, Paiute, Navajo, Iroquois, and Goshute tribes being incorporated into her design. Made in the USA by Goldback Inc., using proprietary Aurum® technology to create durable, gold-backed currency.
