New Zealand 1970 7-Coin Souvenir Coin Set (light wear)

New Zealand 1970 7-Coin Souvenir Coin Set (light wear)

This vintage coin set from New Zealand includes seven coins: 1 cent, 2 cents, 5 cents, 10 cents, 20 cents, 50 cents, and a special dollar coin that celebrates Mount Cook. Known to the Māori as Aoraki, Mount Cook is New Zealand's highest mountain. Technically challenging, it has been a favourite for mountaineers since the late 19th century.

Please note, this set is in excellent shape for its age, but it does show mild signs of wear, age, and handling. Specifically, the plastic has become somewhat rumpled, and the coins show some light toning.
