Australia 2026 Anzac Day Coin in Card
The Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) was founded in 1914 during the Gallipoli campaign, and it grouped soldiers from the First Australian Imperial Force with the 1st New Zealand Expeditionary Force. Though it was disbanded in 1916, "ANZAC" has been used to describe any joint Australia-New Zealand unit ever since.
April 25th is recognized in Australia as Anzac Day. The date corresponds to the initial landing of ANZAC troops at Gallipoli in 1915, but the day recognizes the sacrifices of all military personnel. This commemorative coin shows one of the Australian slouch hats worn by ANZAC, and the inscription "Lest We Forget." It comes in an elegant card that is still sealed in its original plastic.
