2000 Knowledge Canada $2 Specimen Polar Bear in Maple Case
The "Path of Knowledge" was a special edition toonie minted in 2000, featuring a mother polar bear and her cubs. The Royal Canadian Mint produced a limited number of specimen toonies, encapsulated and held in beautiful, maple-wood boxes. The lid is engraved with the same mother-and-babies polar bear motif as the coin and features Mint branding on the hinge.
Original outer box is included, but has a couple of small stains.
