In 2008, the United States Mint issued three coins commemorating the recovery of the bald eagle species, the 35th anniversary of the Endangered Species Act, and the removal of the bald eagle from the Endangered Species List. This one, composed of 90% fine silver, features the bald eagle in flight, with mountains stretching in the background. ANACS has graded this coin PR70 -- the highest possible grade.
Please note, there is some light toning and the slab has some visible scuffs, especially in direct light.
