Australia Koala and Panda Australian Souvenir Medallion in Original Case (scratches)
Why settle for heads or tails, when you could have panda or koala? Possibly the cutest coin ever minted, this souvenir medallion from Australia features two of the world's cutest animals: the Chinese panda and the Australian koala! The reverse shows a rolly-polly Chinese Giant Panda with a sprig of bamboo, whilst the obverse shows a huggable little koala snuggled in a gum tree. The coin comes in a themed red-and-black case that offers little additional information. There appears to have also been a sterling silver version of this medallion minted; this one is nickel-plated bronze.
