Obverse: Head of Elizabeth II wearing a diadem, necklace, and earrings facing right, with the legend around. The denomination is missing.
Reverse: "Canada Through a Child's Eye" - three people holding hands representing peace, with "SEPTEMBER 1999 SEPTEMBRE" above, and "CANADA" below.
