The Royal Canadian Legion welcomes anyone 18 or older who is a Canadian citizen or a citizen of an Allied nation to join and be part of a community dedicated to honouring and supporting Veterans.

Two Poppies appear on the coin’s reverse: a Legion member offers one to a child and their mother on the inner core, while the Poppy on the rim is based on the Legion’s logo. In Canada, the Legion championed the Poppy as a symbol of Remembrance and continues to steward its meaning through the annual Poppy Campaign, shaping a national ritual of Remembrance and support.
