The 2021 Australia 1oz Silver Swan marks the fifth release in The Perth Mint's annual Silver Swan Series. Since the initial release in 2017, a Silver Swan is released annually with a unique, varying design.

The reverse of this silver coin illustrates a swan gracefully floating on water. Accompanying this swan is the following inscriptions: "The 1 oz 9999 Australian Silver Swan" and "P5" mint mark. This mint mark signifies that this Swan is the fifth release from The Perth Mint. The obverse contains Jody Clark's portrayal of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, face value and the year.
