2021 Australia $1 "Golden Eagle" Nugget 1oz. .999 Silver Coin (No Tax)

This 2021 "Golden Eagle" Nugget commemorates the 90th anniversary of the discovery of the golden Eagle natural gold nugget. The Gold Eagle Nugget was found in the town of Widgiemoolth, east of Perth. The founder was prospector James Larcombe's teenage son at the height of the Great Depression. The Golden Eagle Nugget weighed 1,136 ounces.

The 2021 Australia $1 "Golden Eagle" Nugget's reverse illustrates the Golden Eagle nugget, which strikes a resemblance to the bird of prey in flight. Accompanying this image is the text "Golden Eagle, 1931", the Perth Mint's "P" mint mark, year weight and purity. The obverse features Jody Clark's depiction of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II along with the face value.
