2018 S United States San Francisco Mint Silver Reverse Proof Set. The cent has a toning blemish; some coins are slightly toned. A couple coins at least have light scratches, probably as from the mint. Light wear on envelope and corner dinted. Includes CoA. Image is an example of the set.
