Can I collect my VIP Rewards Points in store?
- VIP Rewards Points can only be accrued with online orders. Please place your order online for pick up to ensure that you receive VIP Reward Points.
- VIP Rewards Points are redeemed as a gift certificate which is automatically applied to your next order after you redeem points. They can not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferrable.
- VIP Rewards Points can only be redeemed online and used for online orders.
- On the shopping cart, there is a spot specifically for gift certificates and coupon codes. Simply put the code that was provided on your gift certificate or coupon in the box marked “Coupon Code”, and the amount of your gift certificate or coupon will be deducted from your total!
- Alternatively, you can click "Alternate Payment Methods", and select your gift certificate from there.
- VIP Rewards can only be redeemed in multiples of 1000. You can enter the amount of points you wish to redeem in the box and click "Redeem Now". You points will appear as if they are a gift certificate on the checkout.

- Please note that VIP Points are only awarded after an order has shipped or been picked up, and any order on which VIP Rewards Points have been redeemed does not qualify for further VIP Rewards.
What happens to my VIP Rewards Points when I return an item?
- Returning an item forfeits the earned points from that item.
- Your points will be applied to your account 24 hours after your order has shipped.
- Click the crown at the bottom right of the home page
- A pop-up menu will appear, which will show you how many points you have available.
