The $10 Neptune coin is crafted from sterling silver, whilst the $5 shell fountain coin is .800 silver. This equals about 1.927ozt. of silver content. The set was struck by the Franklin Mint.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFor its age, the set is in wonderful condition. Some of the coins exhibit some light toning, and the inner lining of the case has yellowed very slightly. The case feels sturdy and still snaps open and shut, but the back edge is beginning to show some light wear.
