Doc Hudson was introduced to us in the Disney Pixar film Cars (2006). He is one of the most respected residents of Radiator Springs - but also has a secret under his hood! He's the legendary Fabulous Hudson Hornet, the three-times-winner of the Piston Cup. Wise Doc teaches Lightning a thing or two when he challenges him to a race, and wins! Still, they become pals and Doc goes back to the racetrack to support Lightning as his crew chief. With a Fabulous Hudson Hornet paint job, the racing legend wins a round of applause from the crowd.
The Doc Hudson 1 oz Silver Coin , features a coloured image of Doc Hudson as the Fabulous Hudson Hornet, against an engraved background of the Radiator Springs countryside.
