2009 Canada $1 Toronto Maple Leafs Mini Puck Keychain & Hockey Stick

Unique packaging design: Coin is embedded in a MINI-puck. The MINI-puck is a key chain that can be removed when playing. The MINI-stick is 5" long.

MINI-puck and MINI-stick placed in a protective plastic clamshell with a collectible insert card for safe keeping.

The Toronto Maple Leafs is one of the most popular teams in the National Hockey League history with 13 Stanley Cup wins. In line with this, they won two Stanley Cups in the league's first 5 seasons: 1917 to 1918 and 1921 to 1922.

To immortalize hockey, the Canadian Mint released a series of coloured $1 coins emblazoned with Canadian NHL team logos. This pack features the Toronto Maple Leafs coin. The packaging of this coin is unique, and it comes embedded in a mini-puck keychain that is complemented by a 5” mini hockey stick.
