Great Britain 1837 (Circa 1860) Cumberland Jack "To Hanover" Pendant Medallion. These unofficial spoof medallions marked the Duke of Cumberland's selection for the throne of Hanover in place of Queen Victoria, who as a woman was barred from the succession. This one has a loop for suspension. Some were produced into the next century, so the date isn't entirely certain.
