1896 Small W, Obverse 2 Newfoundland 50-cents ICCS Certified VF-20

Victoria Portrait Obverse 2: There are four leaves at the top of the laurel crown, with none entering the legend band. There is a repressed upper lip. There is no dot before or after NEWFOUNDLAND. Portrait Obverse 2 can be found on the 1882H, 1896, 1898, 1899, and 1900 Newfoundland 50-cents.
