1899 Hook 9's Newfoundland 20-cents ICCS Certified VF-20

Victoria Portrait Obverse 2: Two leaves at the top of the laurel crown, both distinctive and well into the legend band. The knot of hair at the back of the head enters the legend band. Repressed upper lip. There is also a dot before and after Newfoundland. Portrait Obverse 2 can be found on the 1882H, 1888, 1890, 1894, 1896, 1899, and 1900 Newfoundland 20-cents.
