Can I collect my VIP Rewards Points in store?
 
  • VIP Rewards Points can only be accrued with online orders. Please place your order online for pick up to ensure that you receive VIP Reward Points.
Can I redeem my VIP Rewards Points for Cash?
 

  • VIP Rewards Points are redeemed as a gift certificate which is automatically applied to your next order after you redeem points. They can not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferrable.

Can I redeem my VIP Rewards Points in store?
 

  • VIP Rewards Points can only be redeemed online and used for online orders.
How do I redeem my gift certificate/coupon?
 

  • On the shopping cart, there is a spot specifically for gift certificates and coupon codes. Simply put the code that was provided on your gift certificate or coupon in the box marked “Coupon Code”, and the amount of your gift certificate or coupon will be deducted from your total!
How do I use my VIP Rewards points?
 

  • VIP Rewards can only be redeemed in multiples of 1000. You can enter the amount of points you wish to redeem in the box and click "Redeem Now". You points will appear as if they are a gift certificate on the checkout.

Please note that VIP Points are only awarded after an order has shipped, and any order on which VIP Rewards Points have been redeemed does not qualify for further VIP Rewards.
What happens to my VIP Rewards Points when I return an item?
 
  • Returning an item forfeits the earned points from that item.
When will I see my VIP Rewards points in my account?
 

  • Your points will be applied to your account 24 hours after your order has shipped.
