How do I create an account?
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I return my product?

What is your return policy?
  Colonial Acres has a 14 Day Return Policy

  • All items are guaranteed authentic and as described on the website. If there is an error with the product on your purchase or a damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will take responsibility for items that are incorrect or damaged, and thus send a return shipping label. We will replace where possible or refund the amount of the item(s) upon return. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and/or (in the case of precious metal products), their surfaces handled. We do not accept returns on any bullion products or sale items. We will accept returns on all products for any other reason up to 14 days after receipt of the product, however a 5% restocking fee may apply for certain products, and return shipping costs will be up to the discretion of the consumer. Returned items must be in their original unopened holders. We do not take returns after 14 days of delivery date of the parcel. We do not refund original shipping costs.

  • Products purchased during special sales (Blowout Sale, Unique Sale, Deals on Decimal etc) are considered Final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, except where there is an error with the listing, the item is damaged in a way that is not already described in the product description, or the wrong item was sent in error. Please contact Colonial Acres with any issues regarding these sale items. Please ensure that the image and product description have been thoroughly examined before purchasing.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
It can take up to two weeks (7-10 business days) from time of payment (including shipping) for your order to arrive. Occasionally, there can be a slight delay on orders due to an unexpected high volume of orders, or after Canadian holidays. Orders which have selected cheque, e-bill payment, or money order as a payment method may have delays. Orders that have "Pre-Order" items will be delayed.
