Electronic Bill Payment Instructions

Accepted Institutions for Electronic Bill Payments

How to use Electronic Bill Payment:
  • Go to your online banking
  • In the Bill Payment section, search for Colonial Acres Coins
  • For account number, enter your customer number, which can be found at the top left of your invoice, where it says Bill to: (Customer ID #XXX)
    • If your customer number is a 2 digit number, please enter a "0" before your number (example 052)
  • For payment amount, enter the amount of the Grand Total located on your invoice
  • Please DO NOT include payments for multiple invoices. Doing so may result in your order(s) being delayed. Please send separate payments for separate invoices.
  • Please note that it can take several days for your bill payment to clear the banking system and appear in our accounts. This is a function of your bank, and Colonial Acres can not be held responsible for any delays that occur for this reason.

Note: E-Bill Payments for bullion orders over $2000.00 may be subject to a 10 business day hold.
