The caribou, also known as reindeer, is known for its wild-living attribute and it plays a key role in Canadian history and culture. It became more significant in 1936 when a change in the sovereign's image that was used on currency persuaded the Canadian government to modify coin designs. In line with the momentous development, in 1937, Emanuel Hahn's caribou design found its way on the 25-Cent Coin. Hahn's design is complemented by Dora de Pédery-Hunt's effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth on the obverse side. This Original 25-Cent Roll of 40 pieces is perfect addition for any collection.
