All prices listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars and U.S.A. Dollars unless otherwise noted.
All orders to be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Bank Draft, Cheque or Paypal Money Request that are being shipped within Canada, will be
billed in Canadian Dollars. All orders to be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, Bank Draft, or Cheque that are being shipped outside of
Canada, will be billed in U.S. dollars.
All AMEX orders, regardless of destination, will be billed in Canadian Dollars. Your bank or credit card company will negotiate the exchange
rate at the time of the transaction and charges will appear on your statement in your home currency with appropriate exchange considerations.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque, money order, bank drafts or Paypal Money Request as payment. Paypal can only be used for
Canada, USA or Great Britain only (you must be a 'confirmed' address with Paypal). All personal cheques must clear our bank before we ship
your order. Cheque clearing can take up to 30 business days. We cannot accept personal cheques on orders that would like Priority
Service. Please do not mail cash. If you do not wish to use our secure server to give your credit card information, you may contact us
later by telephone, fax, or regular mail to provide us with this information Please indicate when you submit your order if you wish to contact us
later with your credit card information.
Paypal Money Requests: Please note that you will not pay for your order immediately, but we will send you a Paypal Money Request once your order has
been processed and verified. We will send your Paypal Money Request to you at the email address you provided within 5 business days, however if you
have purchased items that are "Pre-Order", then you will not receive the money request until all items are in stock. (After you pay for this request
your order will then be shipped out.) Paypal Money Requests can only be accepted witin North America at this time.
We can only accept credit cards on International Orders under $200.00 Cdn. Any International Orders over this amount - payment must be made by
International Money Order or Bank Draft. For International orders (outside of North America) you must contact us for shipping rates.
International Rules (Outside Canada & U.S.A.):
Minimum Order value: $50.00
Maximum Credit Card order: $200.00
(All orders over $200 must be paid by International Money order or western Union)
All orders with credit card payments must be shipped by International Express Post (Minimum $45)
For lower shipping rates without tracking payments cannot be credit card.
IMPORTANT: When you click the "Process Order" button, a confirmation will be automatically e-mailed to the email address you have provided
listing all items ordered, your order total, and the shipping address. Please check your order confirmation carefully. If there are any
corrections to your order or shipping address, please notify us immediately. For Canadian orders, any applicable sales taxes will be
automatically calculated when the "Process Order" button is clicked. Applicable shipping will also be calculated automatically.
Orders being shipped within Canada will be billed a flat rate of $6.50 CND for postage and handling. Priority Service is available for a total of

Orders being shipped to the USA will be billed a flat rate of $8.00 USD for postage and handling. Priority Service is avaialble for a total of

For International orders (outside of North America) you must contact us for shipping rates. Orders within Canada typically take 2 weeks for
delivery; orders to the U.S. typcially take 3-4 weeks and international orders are typically 3-6 weeks.
For orders delivered in Canada the following taxes apply for each province listed: (as of July 1, 2010):
AB: 5%, BC 12%, MB 5%, NB 13%, NF 13%, NT 5%, NS 15%, NU 5%, ON 13%,
PEI 5%, QC 5%, SK 5% and YT 5%. Please Note: If an item is TAX EXEMPT or is FREE SHIPPING, we will manually readjust the taxes or shipping
on your invoice after the initial order has been placed. If you have TAX EXEMPT items included in your order, you may email us at
orderhelp@colonialacres.com to get an exact final price. There is no sales tax on USA or
international orders.
All items are guaranteed authentic and as described. If, for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with any item ordered through the
mail, simply return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or a complete refund. Returned items must be in their original unopened holders.
Due to the volatility of world precious metal markets, all bullion related sales are final. All over-the-counter order pickups and store sales are
final. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot assume responsibility for typographical errors. We reserve the right to limit
quantities.
Credit card orders will only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address. This is for our customers' security as well as our company's
security.
