to place an order though this website
To place an order through this website, simply click the
order button beside the desired item. If you require multiples
of an item, adjust the quantity box. Your item will now be
placed into a 'shopping cart'. You
can either proceed to the checkout, or keep shopping.
Once you enter the checkout portion of our website you must
now enter your mailing, payment and shipping information. This
portion of our website is secure, so all the information you
give us is protected. After you have finished entering all
your information, hit the 'continue button'.
This will bring you to a confirmation page that will give you
a description of the items ordered plus a grand total for your
order with shipping and any applicable taxes. If you are
satisfied with the order, hit the submit button. An email
confirmation will be sent to the address you provided, please
keep this email for your records.
Your order will now be processed, billed and shipped from our
store in Ontario. For processing times, please see the section

Orders being shipped within Canada will be billed a flat rate of $6.00Cdn for postage and handling. Priority Service is avaialble for a total of $15.00Cdn for postage and handling. Please click

From the time your order is placed, pakcages sent to
a Canadian address will generally take 2 weeks to arrive, and
orders sent to a US address generally take 2-4 weeks.
Orders being shipped Internationally will be charged acording
to the packages weight and destination. You will be emailed a
total for shipping charges before we proceed with your order. TOP Security

All Canadian residents
will be charged 7% GST. Ontario residents will be charged an additional 8%
PST. Residents of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova
Scotia will only be charged 15% HST. There is no sales tax on any

If you are paying with a credit card we can only ship items to
the cardholders billing address. This is for our customers
security as well as our own. You are welcome to send us a

All items are guaranteed authentic and as
described. If, for whatever reason you are not 100%
satisfied with any item ordered through this website, simply
return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or a complete
refund. Returned items must be in their original
unopened holders. Please
note that shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Due
