2018 Tuvalu 50-cent Looney Tunes - Bugs Bunny 1/2oz. Silver Proof Coin (No Tax)

The first release from a new series paying tribute to American animation's golden age, this coin features a classic image of Bugs Bunny holding his trademark carrot. The wise-cracking trickster was so popular that he became the mascot for Looney Tunes, whose iconic logo also features in the design. Look out for four future releases portraying brightly coloured characters from the famous cartoon producer.

Each coin is struck by The Perth Mint from 1/2oz of 99.99% pure silver.

Issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu the coin features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2018 year-date and the monetary denomination on its obverse.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 5,000 of the BUGS BUNNY 2018 1/2oz Silver Coin.
