Ordering InformationHow to place an order though this website
To place an order through this website, simply click the order button beside the desired item. If you require multiples of an item, adjust the quantity box. Your item will now be placed into a 'shopping cart'. You can either proceed to the checkout, or keep shopping.
Once you enter the checkout portion of our website you must now enter your mailing, payment and shipping information. This portion of our website is secure, so all the information you give us is protected. After you have finished entering all your information, hit the 'continue button'.
This will bring you to a confirmation page that will give you a description of the items ordered plus a grand total for your order with shipping and any applicable taxes. If you are satisfied with the order, hit the submit button. An email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided, please keep this email for your records.
Your order will now be processed, billed and shipped from our store in Ontario. For processing times, please see the section below.

III) Standard International Shipping outside of Canada & U.S.A.:
The cost of shipping international orders starts at a minimum of $50.00.
Once you have placed your order and we have picked it, you will be emailed with the
exact cost for shipping if it's more than the minimum $50.00.
International orders are typically 3-6 weeks
IV) Local Pick Up:
Local pick up at store location in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada is also provided. You will be contacted by email in a couple of days when your order is ready for pick up. Please do not come in until you receive this email. If you want to pay for the order when you pick up, please click the Pay by Cheque option on the checkout page.
Security of our website
Our website uses the industry standard for secure on-line ordering. When you are browsing through our website, there is no need for a secure server. However, as soon as you proceed to checkout you will be moved onto the secure portion of our website. The technology "encrypts" all information being sent to us by changing all of it into a code, making it extremely difficult to decipher. Provincial & Federal Sales tax
For orders delivered in Canada the following taxes apply for each province listed (as of July 1, 2010). AB: 5%, BC 12%, MB 5%, NB 13%, NF 13%, NT 5%, NS 15%, NU 5%, ON 13%, PEI 5%, QC 5%, SK 5% and YT 5%. There is no sales tax on any order being shipped outside of Canada.
Confirmation of your order
Once you have hit the "Submit" button on the ordering page, a page will appear with a thank you note. An email will be sent to the address provided with an electronic receipt including a reference number, please keep this email for your records. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours - please contact us.
Making changes to your order or canceling an order
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us by email or by telephone as soon as possible. Making changes to your order at any time may slow down processing time.
Can I send items as gifts?
If you are paying with a credit card we can only ship items to the cardholders billing address. This is for our customers security as well as our own. You are welcome to send us a cheque or money order and we will be happy to send the items to the address of your choice.
How else can I place an order?
You can call our toll free number at 1-888-255-4565 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST and Sat 10am-3pm EST, excluding holidays. You can also send an order by fax at (519) 579-0532. You can place an order by email, but please do not send any sensitive information in an email! It is a non-secure way of sending info - please call us to provide us with your credit card information.
All items are guaranteed authentic and as described. If, for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with any item ordered through this website, simply return it to us within 14 days for a replacement or a complete refund. Returned items must be in their original unopened holders. Please note that shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Due to the volatility of world precious metal markets, all bullion related sales are final.
