- We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, BidPay, as payment from North American bidders. If you are using BidPay,
please note that we will only ship your item upon receipt of the Western Union Money Order. Please do not mail cash. Cash
payments are very risky to send via mail, and they are strongly discouraged. Visa & MasterCard transactions will be billed in
US Dollars. Any AMEX purchases, regardless of destination, will be billed in Canadian Dollars. Your bank or credit card company will
negotiate the exchange rate at the time of the transaction and the charges will appear on your statement in your home currency with
appropriate exchange considerations.
- If you wish to pay by credit card, please call us to provide your credit card information or if you are a repeat customer and have
your credit card on file with us, then just email us your winning Ebay numbers and that you would like to use your credit card on file

eBay item numbers and your full name and mailing address with all correspondence and e-mails. Bidders who do not include this
information must expect delays in shipping/processing of their auction lots.
- IIMPORTANT: For Canadian
orders, applicable sales taxes will be added to your order
total. For orders delivered in Canada, 5% GST will be added to
your order. Orders delivered in Ontario will have an
additional 8% PST added to your order. Orders delivered in
Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick will have an
additional 8% HST added to your order. **There is no sales
tax on orders being shipped to the USA or International
Destinations**

& RETURN POLICIES
- Successful North American bidders will be billed for
postage as per the price listed on the auction page (within
Canada and the USA). You can save Shipping on multiple auctions won.
For North American bidders we will combine other auctions, 1st item is full shipping (most expensive), while each additional item added is only 10% of the shipping cost of that particular auction. For example, if you purchase 3 auctions and the shipping cost is $5.00, $3.50 and $3.50 respectively, then you will be charged $5.00, $0.35, and $0.35 for a total of $5.70, providing that the items are all shipped together in one parcel. Once your payment has been received and processed at
our office, Canadian parcels typically take 1 to 2 weeks to
arrive at their destination, while USA parcel can take 2 to 4
weeks to arrive at their destination.
- We cannot assume responsibility for late
delivery of items due to carrier negligence, etc, as we do not
have control over carrier delivery times once your item is
shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

- You may also pick up your eBay auctions over-the-counter at our
store in Kitchener, Ontario. To accommodate the administrative time needed to process eBay
transactions, the bidder must notify us at least 72 hours prior to the intended pick-up
date.

Unless specifically described as a replica or a reproduction,
all items offered by us on eBay are guaranteed to be
authentic. Our eBay Numismatic Staff takes special care in
describing eBay lots, to ensure that all item descriptions are
complete and accurately describe the item being offered. Thus,
we will only accept returns on eBay purchases if there are
exceptional circumstances. Please read the item
descriptions carefully! If you have any questions about the
description of any eBay auction item, please e-mail or call us
before bidding. The vast majority of our eBay item
images are of the exact item being sold. In many cases, the
item shown is not an "actual size" image. Images of more
generic items are usually just samples of the type of coins

- Please note that eBay lots purchased by credit card will
only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address. This is
for our customers' security as well as our company's security.
PAYMENT DEADLINE & FEEDBACK POLICY
- Positive feedback will only
be left for bidders who have left us positive feedback. We
feel that this new approach to leaving positive feedback will
improve buyer-seller feedback etiquette, by rewarding bidders
who have left us positive feedback with reciprocal positive
feedback. Bidders who do not take the time to leave us
positive feedback will not receive any feedback from us, even
if the transaction was completed successfully.
- All bidders must pay for
their auctions within 14 days of the auction’s closing
date. Bidders who have not paid for their auction items
within 14 days of the auction's closing date will receive an
eBay unpaid item reminder/non-paying bidder warning.
Appropriate feedback will be left for non-paying bidders after
30 days, and your item will be resold at our discretion. If
you do not intend to pay for your auctions in a timely manner,
or you do not agree to abide and be bound by our terms of sale
as outlined above, please do not bid!
